The maintenance and care frequency of continuous casting crystallizer is usually as follows:
Daily inspection
Per shift (about 8 hours)
Crystallizer appearance inspection: Check whether the shell of the crystallizer is deformed or cracked. Check whether the copper mould tube is slightly worn or scratched.
Liquid level detection device inspection: Ensure that the liquid level detection device displays accurately, the data fluctuation is normal, and the changes in the liquid level of the molten steel in the crystallizer can be fed back in time.
Every day
Vibration device inspection: Check the operating conditions of the motor, reducer and other components of the vibration device, and detect the vibration frequency and amplitude.
Water seam inspection: Observe whether the inlet and outlet water flow and pressure are normal, and check whether there are any signs of water leakage around the crystallizer.
Regular cleaning
After each pouring: clean the protective slag, steel slag and other substances remaining on the inner wall of the crystallizer in time.
Every week or every 2-3 days: Clean the cooling system of the crystallizer once, including the water tank, pipes, filters, etc., to prevent the accumulation of scale and impurities.
Monthly or every 2-4 weeks: According to the use of the crystallizer and the water quality, more comprehensive chemical cleaning or high-pressure water flushing can be carried out to ensure the cooling effect of the cooling system.
Lubrication and maintenance
Every week or every 50-100 hours of operation: Lubricate each lubrication point of the crystallizer vibration device.
Monthly or every 200-300 hours of operation: Check the oil level, oil temperature, and oil pressure of the hydraulic system, and clean or replace the hydraulic oil filter. Check and tighten the various mechanical connection parts of the crystallizer, such as bolts, nuts, and pins.
Comprehensive inspection and maintenance
Every 3-6 months: Carry out a comprehensive inspection and maintenance, including disassembly and inspection of the internal components of the crystallizer, such as copper tubes, seals, etc., and replace severely worn or aged components. Comprehensively test and calibrate the automatic control system of the crystallizer to ensure the normal operation of various sensors, instruments, regulating valves and other equipment.
Different manufacturers, production processes and equipment conditions may cause differences in the frequency of maintenance and maintenance. In actual operation, a reasonable maintenance plan should be formulated according to the specific situation.
